The ILIANA academy was founded in 1983 by Inge Ås. The first workshops were given in Halifax, Nova Scotia to a group of friends and friends of friends. Back in Oslo, Norway the concept grew into a full SELF-development education.
The workshop " Energy and consciousness" has been offered in Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, France and South Africa as well as all over Norway from 1983.
The ILIANA academy has no walls. We teach where people are.
9 Norwegian and one Swedish teacher are sertified to offer
SELF-development workshops in Norway, Sweden and France. Teachers can be invited to other places and more workshops in English can be arranged. The ILIANA academy offers a veraity of workshops made especially to what the groups need.

Learn Meditation, Breathing and Stress Release, Energy Work and Mindfulness. Find your Resources and your inner SELF.
The ILIANA model is a holistic, insight- and resource oriented model, where YOU find the answers, but we ask the questions. You will be given tools that you later can use at home for years to come. You will be lead into your own mind and inner SELF through the doors of the chakras and the understanding of the energy field. Dreams can be our guides and you will learn how dreams are our friends. We will also teach you how to develop a flexible body and how to stay grounded.

- BUøyen kursgård - The BU island. Come to the land of the midnight sun by the polar sircle! Living close to nature, in a primitive resort we offer workshops in SELF-development, meditation and spiritual teachings, land art, painting classes, health weeks and recreation.
- Sätre urtegård - Sätre herb farm. Here the herbs in our ecological herb tees that we use in our work shops are grown. The director of ILIANA academy Sweden, Inger Rølland, offers the total SELF-development education, pluss the workshop "dubble happiness for pairs", and nature based retreats.
